We will begin with some simple, strength, mobility and conditioning assessments. Nothing too gruelling, just enough to give me an indication of where to start from.
If this is completely new to you, we will approach things slowly and focus on the basics until I/we feel you are ready to progress.
If you already have some training experience, we will start from where you and I feel you are comfortable.

We will work towards finding out what it is you do enjoy doing and do our best to avoid the things you don’t enjoy. I meet people regularly who exercise because they have to. They see it as punishment and they don’t enjoy it. When I ask what they do, I completely understand why they don’t enjoy it. “Exercise”, “training”, “movement”, should not be a chore, it should be something that you look forward to.
We all enjoy learning, so long as what we are learning interests us.

We will figure out your strengths whilst at the same time, finding out your weaknesses. Only by working and focusing on your weaknesses and the things you struggle with, will you start to see and feel the benefits.
